Handcrafted Jewelry Materials & 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Every JeieaM handcrafted piece is individually quality-checked before dispatch. Eligible handcrafted jewelry purchased directly through jeieam.com includes a voluntary 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This additional warranty covers genuine construction or assembly failures that arise during normal, intended wear.

Materials vary by design and are stated on each product page. Pieces may include stainless steel, plated or PVD-finished components, genuine pearls, gemstones, crystals, shells and other materials.

90-Day Handcrafted Workmanship Warranty

Covered workmanship failures

• A clasp breaking or failing during normal use.
• A jump ring, connector, link or wire-wrapped connection separating during normal wear without evidence of snagging, pulling, impact, twisting, bending or other external force.
• Jewelry wire, stringing wire or another structural connection breaking during normal use where there is no evidence of accidental damage, excessive force or misuse.
• Beads, pearls, charms, crystals or gemstones falling because the securing connection or setting failed during normal wear.
• A handcrafted setting or attached component becoming detached because of a workmanship or assembly defect.

Finish condition on delivery

Please inspect your jewelry carefully before wearing it. If a plating, coating, finish, tarnish, patina or color concern is already visible when your order arrives, contact JeieaM promptly and before the item is worn or used. Because each handcrafted piece is checked before dispatch, reporting the concern before wear allows us to assess the condition as received.

Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, eligible non-personalized items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable law. Customized or clearly personalized pieces may be excluded from the statutory cooling-off right. Customers may inspect an eligible item as reasonably necessary, but handling or wear beyond what is needed to assess it can result in a reduction for diminished value.

Finish changes after wear

Plating or finish fading, tarnish, patina and color change that develop after wear are not automatically considered workmanship defects. Appearance can be affected by friction, skin chemistry, moisture, perfume, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, storage, water exposure and other environmental factors. These appearance changes are not covered by the voluntary 90-day workmanship warranty unless inspection confirms that they result from a genuine defect rather than wear or exposure.

Not covered by the voluntary 90-day warranty

• Accidental damage, including impact, dropping, snagging, pulling, twisting, bending, crushing or stretching.
• Damage caused by clothing, bags, children, pets or other external objects.
• Scratches, small dents, surface marks and other normal cosmetic wear.
• Plating, coating or finish fading, tarnish, patina or color change that develops after wear or exposure and is not caused by a confirmed defect.
• Damage caused by pools, salt water, prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, perfume, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning agents or care inconsistent with product-care instructions.
• Chipped, cracked, scratched or broken stones, pearls, beads or crystals caused by impact or external force.
• Lost jewelry or lost components following accidental damage.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, resizing, alterations or modifications.
• Damage that, after inspection, is consistent with misuse, excessive force or external damage rather than a workmanship defect.
• Natural variations in genuine pearls, gemstones, shells or other natural materials that are consistent with the nature of handmade jewelry.

How to make a claim

Contact support@jeieam.com within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs and, where useful, a short video showing the issue. Keep all broken or detached components and do not attempt a repair, resizing or alteration before the claim is assessed.

Warranty remedy

If the issue is confirmed as an eligible workmanship defect, JeieaM will normally repair the covered defect at no charge. If the piece cannot reasonably be repaired, we may offer the same or a comparable handcrafted replacement, subject to availability. If an issue falls outside this voluntary warranty but is repairable, a paid repair or quotation may be offered.

Returns and warranty coverage are separate

A customized or personalized item, earring or other otherwise non-returnable item may still qualify for repair or another remedy if the issue is confirmed as a covered workmanship defect or if statutory consumer rights apply.

This voluntary commercial workmanship warranty is additional to, and does not replace, restrict or reduce, any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
