Please note that all handcrafted pieces will be presented in a steel-tone base. Gold-toned designs are achieved using high-quality, tarnish-resistant copper wire, carefully selected for its refined finish.

To provide assurance in your purchase, the following applies exclusively to stainless steel handcrafted pieces:

• 90-day warranty, including complimentary repair for items damaged under normal use

Shipping costs for repair services are to be shouldered by the buyer.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, improper handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture beyond normal wear, or any unauthorized modifications.
