What materials are used in JeieaM handcrafted jewelry?
Depending on the design, JeieaM handcrafted jewelry can include 304 or 316L stainless-steel wire and components, natural or cultured freshwater pearls, genuine gemstones and crystals, and selected gold-tone components. Some gold-tone designs use high-quality tarnish-resistant copper wire, while other pieces may use gold-plated, 18K gold-plated, or PVD-coated stainless-steel components. What is used for steel-tone handcrafted jewelry?

Can handcrafted jewelry be customized?
Yes, customization is available on eligible handcrafted pieces. Necklace, bracelet, and eligible jewelry-set products can offer initial-letter personalization at €1 per initial, with a maximum of three initials per jewelry piece. Earrings and rings use the reference-image customization option for minor alterations to the existing design. The customization controls shown on each product page determine what is available for that specific piece.
Can I request a completely different design?
Minor changes to an existing design can be submitted through the customization fields on the product page. A completely new or substantially different design requires a separate quotation. Please contact support@jeieam.com before ordering if you want a fully bespoke piece.
What happens if my customization requires an additional charge?
If a requested alteration requires an additional charge beyond the amount shown on the product page, JeieaM will confirm the extra cost with you first. The additional amount will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the customized order is completed or shipped. JeieaM does not add an extra charge to the payment card used for the original order without customer authorization.
Are customized or personalized items returnable?
Customized, personalized, or made-to-specification items are generally non-returnable, in line with our Return & Refund policy. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply if an item is defective, damaged, or otherwise not in conformity with the order.
What is the 90-day handcrafted jewelry warranty?
Eligible JeieaM handcrafted jewelry made with stainless-steel settings includes a 90-day commercial warranty with complimentary repair for qualifying damage that occurs during normal use. Shipping costs connected with a warranty repair are the responsibility of the buyer. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental impact, improper handling, harsh chemicals, excessive moisture beyond normal wear, or unauthorized alterations. This warranty applies to eligible purchases made through jeieam.com and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
How should I care for handcrafted jewelry?
Store jewelry dry and separately when possible. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, and other harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, heavy exercise, or activities that can cause impact or abrasion. If a piece becomes damp, dry it gently with a soft cloth before storage. Pearls and natural stones should be handled with particular care because their surfaces can be more sensitive than stainless steel.
