SHIPPING
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
- We offer free shipping voucher to eligible subscribers. Free shipping eligibility may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
- If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account to track your order status and view your order history.
Shipping Restrictions
- We offer worldwide shipping, except to countries experiencing active conflicts or war zone. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, or value. Any such restrictions or charges will be clearly indicated on the product page.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes.

RETURN & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Except for JEWELRY items, returns must be initiated within 7days of the order delivery date and must be shipped within 72 hours from the date of delivery, to ensure the item is returned in its original state. However, please note that this policy is not applicable to international shipments outside of Europe. Due to concerns that they may not be returned in the same condition. We hope for your kind understanding as we strive to offer the best quality, genuine items, and rare pieces for our jewelry collections.
How to Initiate a General Return:
1. E-mail our customer service team at shop@jeieam.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached; NO Damaged/Stains/Used Smells or Washed Smells.
Failing to meet return conditions may result in non-refunding and the order being returned back to the customer.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days after of receiving the order.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment if the returned order passed the Quality Check control.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer; therefore, please ensure the chosen sizes, colors, and item(s) are correct before placing an order.
- We are not liable for any lost returns. We recommend to use the track and trace service.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We ensure that every order is checked thoroughly. In such cases, please ensure to take a video/photos before opening the package for us to accept the return claim specially for jewelry item(s). Please note that PHOTOS are not accepted for claims of missing item(s), we only accept VIDEO recording for claims of missing item(s) as we ensure that everything is shipped according to order description and undergoes a thorough process.
Final Sale Items:
Certain items marked as final sale such as "Clearance Sale" and "On Sale" are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.
"On Sale" JEWELRY items have a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY. We hope for your kind understanding as we strive to offer the best quality, genuine items, and rare pieces for our jewelry collections.
International Returns Outside Europe:
Apologies, we currently do not accept international returns outside Europe.
