We guarantee that every piece of jewelry offered in our store fully complies with the provisions of the Dutch Assay Act (Waarborgwet 1986).
All items — whether brand-new or preloved — have been independently assayed and bear official Dutch hallmarks applied by Waarborg Holland B.V., the authorised assay office in the Netherlands.
These hallmarks confirm that the precious metal content (gold, platinum, or silver) has been professionally tested and meets or exceeds the required legal fineness standards. The marks consist of the official fineness symbol (Dutch Hallmark), and the responsiblity mark (RM).
•Brand-new items additionally display the Responsibility Mark (RM) of the original manufacturer or importer, as required for first-time placement on the market.
•Preloved items retain their original Dutch hallmarks from the date of manufacture. In accordance with Dutch law, no additional Responsibility Mark is applied to second-hand jewelry upon resale.
