2.1. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2.2. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

3. Order Tracking

3.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package leaves our premises.

4. Shipping & Insurance Policy - Fine Jewelry Only

4.1. All orders are shipped worldwide with full customs declaration (declared value = full purchase amount).

4.2. We carefully inspect, photograph, and video-record every piece in perfect condition before packing. Every package is securely packed with protective materials and sealed.

4.3. Every order is shipped with tracked shipping (tracking number provided) • This standard shipping is uninsured and is the default method. Cost of standard tracked (uninsured) shipping is calculated and added at checkout

4.4. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package leaves our premises.

4.5. Optional full-value insurance is available at checkout. You may add full-value insurance to your order during checkout. You choose the coverage level that matches your order value (different ranges available). The insurance cost is calculated automatically and clearly displayed before final payment. We strongly recommend selecting full-value insurance for high-value jewelry.

4.6. In case of loss, theft, or damage during transit, we will gladly provide all documentation (photos, videos, proof of posting, tracking number) to assist you or the courier with the insurance claim. Claims must be filed by the customer directly with the courier/insurance provider.


5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1. We offer worldwide shipping, except to countries experiencing active conflicts or war zone. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5.2. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, or value. Any such restrictions or charges will be clearly indicated on the product page.
